What will happen after I submit a DMCA Takedown Notice?
Upon receiving a proper DMCA takedown notice, we will expeditiously remove the allegedly infringing material. We will also disable the access of repeat infringers to the App.
Please note that:
- You should consult with legal counsel to determine whether your use qualifies as a fair use of the copyrighted material.
- If you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) from the copyright owner.
